On-site support

Sometimes you don't need a report — you need an experienced pair of hands in the room. A specialist works embedded in your team, does the security work alongside them and leaves them able to carry on independently.

On-site support

A report tells you what needs to be done. There are moments when that’s not enough — you need someone who does it, next to your team, hands on keyboard. On-site support is a security specialist temporarily embedded in your team: they don’t deliver a list of recommendations from the outside but implement controls alongside your people and leave them able to carry on independently. You get senior expertise exactly when and where it’s needed, without a permanent hire.

When it’s used

  • During a major project, a migration or a cloud adoption that requires hands-on expertise your team doesn’t yet have
  • To build or mature a capability — a SOC, an incident response capacity, a secure SDLC — and transfer it to the internal team
  • After an incident, to implement remediation and hardening directly, not through email ping-pong
  • To cover a skills or staffing gap that a permanent hire doesn’t justify
  • When physical presence is required — air-gapped or OT environments, physical security, contexts where remote access is restricted or data cannot leave the premises

What it delivers

  • Control implementation and configuration, done — not just recommended
  • Direct collaboration and knowledge transfer to the internal team
  • Faster response and better context than a remote engagement
  • Documentation, runbooks and processes left behind, so the capability endures after we leave
